There is no charge for scanning or placing photographs on the website. |
If a sale is agreed, British Military Swords will immediately forward payment to the consignor (following the five day inspection period), less a 15% commision charge for selling the item. |
British Military Swords has sole discretion on accepting or removing an item from this website. |
The buyer is solely responsible for any VAT or similar taxes payable with shipment of the items. Different countries have different policies with regard to import duties and taxes; please be aware of this before you buy. |
All buyers must notify British Military Swords upon receipt of any items in order that the five day inspection period can commence. |
If the buyer wishes to return any item after the five day inspection period, the buyer must immediately notify British Military Swords, indicating clearly why the item is unnaceptable. The buyer must agree to cover all expenses associated with such return including postage and insurance. British Military Swords will hold the reimbursment until the item(s) has been returned to the consignor. |
Consignors will agree to immediately notify British Military Swords when a consigned item has been sold. |
